Here's how to change your ticket date or time:

• Step 1: Find your original order confirmation email in your inbox (check spam if you don't see it).
• Step 2: Click the self-service or "manage my order" link in the email.
• Step 3: Select your new preferred date and time from the available options.
• Step 4: Confirm the change — you will receive a new confirmation email for your updated date.

Keep in mind:

• Rescheduling is subject to availability on your new chosen date.
• Ticket sales are final and no refunds are issued — rescheduling is the available option if your plans change.
• Terror on the Fox operates rain or shine, so weather is not a basis for rescheduling requests.
