I Did Not Receive My Ticket Confirmation Email
Check your spam folder first — if your confirmation still isn't there, look up your order at zentix.com/manage or email help@terroronthefox.com.
If you didn't receive your Terror on the Fox ticket confirmation, check your spam or junk folder first — it's there most of the time.
Follow these steps to locate your confirmation:
- Step 1 — Check spam/junk: Search your spam or junk mail folder for an email from Terror on the Fox or Zentix. Confirmation emails sometimes get filtered.
- Step 2 — Search your inbox: Search for "Terror on the Fox" or "Zentix" across all folders, including promotions or social tabs if you use Gmail.
- Step 3 — Look up your order: Visit zentix.com/manage to look up your order using the email address and name you used at checkout.
- Step 4 — Contact support: If you still can't find your order, email help@terroronthefox.com with the name, email address, and approximate date of your purchase. Our team will help locate your order.
Make sure to check that your purchase went through — if your payment was not completed, you may not have a confirmed order. Adding help@terroronthefox.com to your contacts can prevent future emails from being filtered.
