What Is the Refund Policy?

All Terror on the Fox ticket sales are final — no refunds are issued, but you can reschedule your tickets to a different date or time via the ticket portal.

Here is what you need to know about our ticket policy:

• No refunds: All ticket purchases are non-refundable. This applies to all ticket types including General Admission, Fast Pass, Skip the Line, Platinum VIP, and Season Passes.
• Rescheduling: If you cannot attend on your selected date, you can change your date and/or time using the self-service option in your confirmation email or through the ticket portal.
• Rain or shine: Terror on the Fox operates rain or shine. Inclement weather is not a basis for a refund.
• Event cancellation: In the rare event of a cancellation by Terror on the Fox, guests will be notified directly with options.

To reschedule, use the link in your original confirmation email. If you have trouble accessing your order, email help@terroronthefox.com with your order details.

If you're unable to make your date, you may be able to reschedule to a different available date or time at zentix.com/manage. Rescheduling is subject to availability, a price difference may apply for higher-demand dates, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
