What Is the Refund Policy?
All 13th Floor Twin Cities ticket sales are final — no refunds are offered, but you can reschedule your visit to a different date via the self-service option in your confirmation email.
All 13th Floor Twin Cities ticket sales are final — we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
However, if you are unable to attend on your original date, you have the option to reschedule your ticket to a different available date and time. Rescheduling is self-service and can be done through the link in your order confirmation email.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person's account
- Rescheduling must be completed before your original ticket date
- If your new date has a higher price tier, a difference in price may apply
