Yes — you can reschedule your 13th Floor Twin Cities ticket to a different date and time using the self-service option in your confirmation email.
Yes — you can reschedule your 13th Floor Twin Cities ticket to a different available date and time using the self-service tool in your order confirmation email.
To reschedule your ticket:
- Open your original order confirmation email
- Click the manage or reschedule link included in the email
- Select a new available date and time
- Confirm your changes
You can also manage your order at zentix.com/manage.
Please note:
- Rescheduling must be completed before your original ticket date and time
- If the new date carries a higher price tier, you may be asked to pay the difference
- No refunds are issued — only rescheduling is available
