Can I Change the Date or Time of My Tickets?
You may be able to reschedule your Festival Fright Nights tickets using the self-service option in your confirmation email — rescheduling is subject to availability.
You may be able to reschedule your Festival Fright Nights tickets to a different date through the self-service link in your order confirmation email, subject to availability.
Here is how to manage your tickets:
- Check your confirmation email for a link to the ticket management or self-service portal.
- Select a new available date or time from the options shown in the portal.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability — not all dates or time slots will have open inventory.
- If you cannot find the self-service link, visit zentix.com/manage for additional support options.
Please note that all ticket sales are final and no refunds are issued. Rescheduling is the only modification option available. If your preferred new date is sold out, no alternative accommodation will be provided.
To reschedule, visit zentix.com/manage, log in with the email used at purchase, and select your order to choose a new date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability — if you move to a higher-priced date or time slot you'll be charged the difference. Tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
