Is Festival Fright Nights the Same Each Year?

Festival Fright Nights features an entirely new theme, story, and set of haunted mazes each season — returning guests will always encounter fresh scares.

The 2025 edition of Festival Fright Nights was set in 1924 — two years after the death of Sarah Winchester — and featured three brand-new mazes:

• Masquerade of Shadows (inside the mansion)
• The Root of All Evil (in the greenhouse)
• The Final Descent (in the basement)

New add-on experiences were also introduced for 2025, including The Underhouse, the Harry Houdini séance, the Axe Yard, and the Masquerade Speakeasy.
