I Did Not Receive My Ticket Confirmation Email
Check your spam folder first — if your confirmation still isn't there, look up your order at zentix.com/manage or visit festivalfrightnights.com for support.
If you did not receive your Festival Fright Nights confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder first — it is often filtered there automatically.
Follow these steps to locate your tickets:
- Step 1 — Check spam/junk: Search your spam or junk mail folder for an email from Festival Fright Nights or the ticketing system. Add the sender to your safe senders list to prevent future filtering.
- Step 2 — Look up your order: Visit zentix.com/manage to look up your order using your email address and order number.
- Step 3 — Check the email address used: Make sure you are checking the email account you used when purchasing tickets. If you have multiple email addresses, check all of them.
- Step 4 — Contact support: If you still cannot locate your confirmation, visit festivalfrightnights.com for customer support options.
