I Arrived on the Wrong Date — What to Do
Your ticket is valid only for the date and time slot on your confirmation.
Arriving on the wrong date does not automatically entitle you to entry. Tickets are date-specific and no refunds are issued. Rescheduling in advance is the best option if your plans change.
