How Do I Upgrade My Tickets?
Tickets can be upgraded through the order lookup link in your confirmation email.
To upgrade your tickets:
- Open your ticket confirmation email or use the manage order lookup link on Zentix website. https://zentix.com/manage
- Locate your order and click Upgrade.
- Select your desired upgrade option (such as VIP Platinum) and follow the prompts.
- Pay any applicable price difference to complete the upgrade.
