The trail at South Coast Botanic Garden is bumpy and narrow in places — guests who require mobility equipment may find the terrain challenging; free ADA parking is available at the off-site shuttle lot.
We welcome guests of all abilities — please read the terrain details below so you can plan the most enjoyable visit possible.
The pumpkin trail runs through South Coast Botanic Garden, which features bumpy, narrow, and uneven terrain in some areas. Guests who rely on wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility equipment may find certain sections of the trail challenging to navigate.
If you or a member of your party has mobility needs, we recommend:
- Contacting us in advance at lahelp@magicofthejackolanterns.com so we can help plan your visit.
- Wearing sturdy, supportive footwear with good grip.
- Coming with someone who can assist on uneven sections.
ADA Parking: Free ADA-accessible parking is available at the off-site lot at Robinson Helicopter Co., 2901 Airport Dr., Torrance, CA 90505. A free, ADA-accessible shuttle runs from there to the main garden entrance.
