Is Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns LA Safe for Pregnant Women?

Magic of the Jack O'Lanterns LA is a gentle, peaceful evening walk — generally a wonderful experience for pregnant guests!

This is not a haunted house — there are no jump scares, strobe lights intended to startle, or physically demanding attractions. The experience is a leisurely stroll through a beautifully illuminated garden.

A few things to keep in mind for your comfort:

• Trail terrain: The path through South Coast Botanic Garden can be bumpy and uneven in places. We strongly recommend wearing comfortable, supportive, closed-toe footwear with good grip.
• Duration: The trail is approximately 1 mile — most guests walk it in 45–60 minutes. Take breaks as needed; there's no rush!
• Evening hours: The event runs from 6 PM to 10 PM — temperatures on the Palos Verdes Peninsula can be cool in the evenings, so bring a jacket.
