Event Day
What Does My Ticket Time Mean? When Should I Arrive?
Your ticket time is your entry window — plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow for parking, security check-in, and the entry line.
When you purchase tickets on Zentix, you select an arrival time during checkout. Your ticket shows either a specific time slot or a Flexible Arrival window — here is what each means and when you should plan to arrive.
Specific Time Slots
If you selected a specific time, that is your scheduled entry window. It tells the event when to expect you and determines which entry queue you join.
When to arrive: Plan to be at the venue — parked and walking toward the entrance — by at least 15 minutes before your time slot. For events at large or busy venues, or events where parking is off-site or limited, arriving early is strongly recommended to allow for traffic and parking.
If you arrive late: If you arrive after your scheduled time, entry is at the event organizer's discretion. You may be directed to a standby queue or admitted at a later opening, but this is not guaranteed. If you know you will be late, reschedule your tickets before your event using the Reschedule Your Visit link in your confirmation email — see How to Reschedule Your Tickets.
Flexible Arrival
If you selected Flexible Arrival, your ticket allows you to arrive anytime during the event's open window (for example, between 8:00 PM – 10:45 PM). There is no specific time assigned to your ticket.
When to arrive: You may arrive at any point during the listed window, but arriving earlier in the evening generally means shorter lines and more time to enjoy the event. Arriving close to the closing time of the window may limit how much of the event you can experience.
General Tips for Arrival
- Pull up your QR code before you reach the gate — open your confirmation email or go to zentix.com/manage to retrieve your ticket. Having it ready avoids delays at scanning.
- Screenshot your QR code in advance — if you expect limited cell service at the venue, saving a screenshot ensures you can still get in.
- Purchase parking add-ons in advance if available — many events offer pre-purchased parking at checkout. Buying in advance can save time and is often cheaper than walk-up rates.
- Check your confirmation email for know-before-you-go details — many events send event-day reminders with parking directions, entrance locations, and what to bring. Read these before leaving.
If Your Plans Change
If you need to change your arrival date or time, most events allow self-service rescheduling:
- Open your confirmation email and click Manage My Order, then click on Reschedule
- Select a new date and time slot.
- Confirm your changes.
Your original ticket is voided as soon as a reschedule is completed. Bring the new confirmation to the event. See How to Reschedule Your Tickets for full step-by-step instructions.
If the Reschedule Your Visit option does not appear in your confirmation email, the event organizer has not enabled rescheduling for that event. Contact the organizer directly for assistance.
