When you arrive at New Orleans Nightmare, you will go through security, complete your waiver, and then queue for the haunted attractions.
Here is what to expect step by step:
- Complete your waiver in advance — save time on arrival by signing your waiver online before you come. Visit neworleansnightmare.com/waiver/ to complete it ahead of time.
- Proceed through security — all guests and bags are subject to security inspection upon entry. Only clear bags not exceeding 4.5"×6.5" are permitted inside.
- Have your ticket ready — all tickets are digital and must be purchased online in advance. Tickets cannot be purchased on-site.
- Queue based on ticket type — General Admission guests join the standard queue. Fast Pass, Skip the Line, and Platinum VIP ticket holders have access to priority or near-zero-wait queues.
- Groups larger than 10 — parties exceeding 10 people will be split into smaller groups of 10 or fewer before entering the haunted mazes.
