13th Floor Twin Cities is an intense, immersive experience — certain health conditions may make it unsuitable for some guests.
The haunted attractions include the following elements that may pose risks for some individuals:
- Strobe lights — used throughout all mazes; may trigger seizures in photosensitive individuals
- Fog and haze effects — may aggravate respiratory conditions
- Sudden loud noises and jump scares — can be extremely startling
- Dark, confined spaces — may be challenging for guests with claustrophobia
- Physical movement through tight corridors — uneven flooring may be present
