How to Share the Waiver Link With Your Group

Every person in your group must sign the waiver individually — forward the waiver link from your confirmation email to each person before your visit.

If your event requires a digital waiver, the link is included in your confirmation email. The purchaser is not responsible for signing on behalf of others — each person must sign their own waiver.

  1. Open your confirmation email and locate the waiver link.
  2. Copy the link and share it directly with each person in your group via text or email.
  3. Each person opens the link and completes their own signature.
  4. Waivers do not need to be completed at the same time — all signatures just need to be done before your visit.

Signed waivers carry over if you reschedule — you do not need to re-sign after changing your date or time.
