My Ticket QR Code Was Already Scanned or Is Showing as Invalid

Each Zentix QR code is unique and can only be scanned once — if yours shows as already used or invalid at the gate, speak with event staff immediately.

If the scanner shows an error or staff tells you your ticket has already been used:

  1. Check you're showing the correct confirmation. If you rescheduled, your original confirmation is voided. Open the most recent confirmation email from Zentix and show that QR code instead.
  2. Do not share your QR code. If you sent a screenshot to someone else, they may have scanned it before you arrived. Each code works once only.
  3. Show staff your name and order details. Staff can look up your order by name or email at the gate to verify your purchase.
  4. Contact the event organizer if you believe your ticket was used fraudulently. Include your name, email, order date, and description of what happened.

Note: Zentix support cannot override gate scanning decisions remotely. Event staff at the venue have final authority on entry.
