What Happens If an Event Is Cancelled or Postponed?
If an event is cancelled or postponed, all ticket purchasers will be notified by email with instructions — refund eligibility depends on the event organizer's policy.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, Zentix will send an email to the address on file for all affected orders. Check your inbox and spam folder for communication from Zentix or the event organizer.
Refund and exchange policies are set by each event organizer and vary. If a specific date is cancelled, the organizer may offer rescheduling, a credit, or a refund. Zentix does not issue refunds on behalf of event organizers.
