I Think I Was Charged Twice
If you see two charges from Zentix, check your orders at zentix.com/manage before contacting support — a pending authorization and a completed charge can look like two charges but only one will settle.
If your bank statement shows two charges from Zentix:
- Go to zentix.com/manage and check how many confirmed orders exist for your email and phone number. If you have two separate orders, one may have been created accidentally.
- Check your bank carefully — card processors often place a temporary authorization hold that appears alongside the actual charge. The authorization typically drops off within 3–5 business days and only one charge settles.
- If you have two confirmed orders for the same event and date, contact the event organizer with both order numbers. Include your name, the email used at checkout, the charge amounts, and the last four digits of the card used.
Zentix does not issue refunds directly. Contact the event organizer for any billing dispute related to a confirmed duplicate order.
