Can I Cancel My Tickets?

All ticket sales are final, but you can reschedule your date or time from your confirmation email, subject to availability.

All ticket sales are final, so tickets can't be cancelled — but you can reschedule them instead.

In your confirmation email, click the orange "Reschedule Your Visit" button to change the date or time of your tickets, subject to availability. Follow the prompts to choose your new slot.

If you select a more expensive date or time, you'll be prompted to pay the difference before the change is complete.

If you're unable to make your date, you may be able to reschedule to a different available date or time at zentix.com/manage. Rescheduling is subject to availability, a price difference may apply for higher-demand dates, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
