All sales are final and we don't offer refunds, but you can reschedule your visit. Reach out to customer service with questions.

If your plans change, you can reschedule your visit instead using the "Reschedule Your Visit" button in your confirmation email, subject to availability.

If you're unable to make your date, you may be able to reschedule to a different available date or time at zentix.com/manage. Rescheduling is subject to availability, a price difference may apply for higher-demand dates, and tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
