Can I Reschedule My Tickets?

Yes. Use the "Reschedule Your Visit" button in your confirmation email to change your date or time, subject to availability.

Yes. You can reschedule your own tickets right from your confirmation email, subject to availability.

Here's how:

If the new date or time costs more than your original ticket (shown by a "$" next to the time slot), you'll be prompted to pay the difference before your changes are confirmed.

To reschedule, visit zentix.com/manage, log in with the email used at purchase, and select your order to choose a new date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability — if you move to a higher-priced date or time slot you'll be charged the difference. Tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
