How Do I Change the Date of My Tickets?
Use the "Reschedule Your Visit" button in your confirmation email to pick a new date, subject to availability.
You can change your date yourself using the "Reschedule Your Visit" button in your confirmation email.
- Open your confirmation email and click "Reschedule Your Visit".
- Choose the tickets to change and click "Reschedule".
- Click "Pick a Date", select your new date and time, and click "Update".
- Update any add-on tickets to the new date as well, then click "Confirm Changes".
If you select a more expensive date or time, you'll be asked to pay the difference before completing the change.
To reschedule, visit zentix.com/manage, log in with the email used at purchase, and select your order to choose a new date or time. Rescheduling is subject to availability — if you move to a higher-priced date or time slot you'll be charged the difference. Tickets cannot be rescheduled to a future season or event.
