New Orleans Nightmare features strobe lights, fog, sudden scares, tight spaces, and loud sounds — guests with heart conditions, seizure disorders, severe anxiety, or claustrophobia should consider carefully.
New Orleans Nightmare contains strobe lights, dense fog, sudden intense scares, loud sounds, and confined spaces — guests with certain health conditions should carefully consider participation.
The following conditions may be aggravated by the haunted house experience:
- Heart conditions or high blood pressure — the attraction contains sudden, intense startle scares throughout both mazes.
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders — strobe lights and flashing effects are used extensively inside the attractions.
- Severe anxiety or panic disorders — the environment is intentionally disorienting, dark, and frightening.
- Claustrophobia — both mazes include tight corridors, confined spaces, and low-ceiling passages.
- Respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma) — theatrical fog is used throughout the attractions and can be heavy in certain areas.
- Mobility limitations — portions of the mazes may involve uneven terrain, steps, or narrow passages. Contact us in advance if you have mobility concerns so we can assist.
- Back, neck, or joint injuries — the experience may involve quick movements or reactions.
