Do I Need to Print My Tickets?
Printing is not required — your ticket QR code can be scanned directly from your phone screen.
You do not need to print your tickets. When you arrive at the event, simply open your confirmation email and show the QR code on your phone screen. Staff will scan it directly.
Tips for a smooth entry:
- Turn your screen brightness all the way up before reaching the gate — a bright screen scans faster, especially in low-light conditions.
- Screenshot your QR code in advance — if cell service is poor at the venue, having the image saved locally ensures you can still get in without a signal.
If you prefer a printed copy, you are welcome to print your confirmation email and present it at the gate.
