Zentix powers ticketing for many different events and venues, each with its own help center. Tell us which event or location you're attending and we'll point you to the right place for questions about that specific event.
Zentix is the ticketing platform for many different events and venues — from haunted attractions and festivals to escape rooms and live experiences. Each one is run by its own organizer and has its own help center with answers specific to that event.
To help with a location-specific question, just let us know which event or location you're attending. Once we know the event, we can point you to that event's help center, where you'll find answers about things that are specific to your visit, such as:
- Event hours, dates, and what time doors open
- Directions, address, and parking
- Which attractions, houses, or experiences are included
- What to expect on arrival and what to bring
- On-site policies (bags, food and drink, photography, age requirements)
- Accessibility details
- How to reach that event's team directly
