Buying Tickets
How Long Do I Have to Complete My Purchase?
Tickets are held in your cart for approximately 15 minutes — if you don't complete your purchase in time, they are released back to inventory.
When you add tickets to your cart, Zentix places a temporary hold on those tickets for approximately 15 minutes. This hold reserves your selection while you complete the checkout process.
What this means:
- Your tickets are not purchased until payment is confirmed. A cart hold is not a purchase — your card is only charged when you click Confirm at the end of checkout.
- If your cart expires, your tickets are released. Once the hold expires, those tickets become available to other buyers. You can return to the event page and try again, but availability is not guaranteed.
- The timer is visible during checkout. Watch for the countdown displayed during the checkout flow. If you need more time, it is safer to start a new session than to let it expire.
For the best chance at your preferred date and time, have your payment details ready before you begin checkout.
