Why Did the Price Change? Understanding Ticket Pricing and Service Fees
Ticket prices on Zentix vary by date, time, and demand — and your order total includes any applicable service fees and taxes shown at checkout.
Many events on Zentix use dynamic pricing, which means ticket prices adjust automatically based on factors like how much of a time slot has sold, how close the event date is, and which day of the week it is. Prices can increase as a session fills up or as the event approaches.
The price shown when you add tickets to your cart is the price you will be charged — prices are locked in when you confirm your purchase, not when you browse.
Service Fees and Taxes
In addition to the ticket price, your order total may include service fees and applicable sales taxes. These are set by the event organizer and will always be displayed in your order summary before you confirm your purchase. You will never be charged an amount different from what is shown at checkout.
Why Was My Reschedule More Expensive?
If you use Reschedule Your Visit to move to a different date or time, the new ticket price applies. If the new time slot is more expensive than what you originally paid, you will be charged the difference.
