Understanding Add-Ons: Parking, Merchandise & More
How optional add-ons like parking passes, merchandise, and upgrades work during checkout.
Add-ons are optional extras offered by the event organizer — common examples include parking passes, photo packages, merchandise, or VIP upgrades. They appear in a dedicated step during checkout, after you've selected your main ticket type. Add-ons are billed together with your tickets in a single transaction.
How it works:
- Add-ons appear after ticket selection — once you choose a ticket type and quantity, the checkout flow presents available add-ons in a separate step.
- Toggle or select the extras you want — each add-on shows a description, price, and quantity selector. Your cart total updates in real time.
- Billed in one transaction — there is no separate charge. Everything is combined into a single payment at the end of checkout.
- Some add-ons may not appear for all ticket types — organizers can configure add-ons to show only with specific tickets, or to be hidden when another ticket already includes that item.
