What Happens If I Leave the Checkout Page?
What happens to your cart if you close the tab or navigate away before completing checkout.
If you leave the checkout page before confirming your purchase, your tickets are not reserved. Availability is only guaranteed after payment is confirmed — high-demand events may sell out while your cart is open.
What to expect:
- Tickets are not held during checkout — selecting tickets does not reserve them. Another buyer can purchase the same seats or ticket types while you're in the flow.
- Your cart may be retained briefly — Zentix may hold your selections for a short time depending on the event, but this is not guaranteed.
- Return to the event page and reselect your tickets — if your session expired, start over from the event listing.
- Check your email for a cart recovery reminder — Zentix may send a reminder with a direct link back to checkout if you left mid-session.
- Tickets released back to inventory — if your cart expired, any tickets you had selected are available to other buyers
