Can I Cancel My Tickets or Get a Refund?
All ticket sales on Zentix are final — tickets are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
All purchases made through Zentix are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled, and refunds are not issued except in cases of verified technical errors (such as duplicate charges or system errors during checkout).
If you need to change your plans, most events offer rescheduling through the Reschedule Your Visit button in your confirmation email. This allows you to change to a different date or time, subject to availability. See How to Reschedule Your Tickets for step-by-step instructions.
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge with no confirmation received), contact the event organizer directly. Include your name, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue. Zentix does not issue refunds on behalf of event organizers.
Refund and cancellation policies are set by each event organizer — policies may vary by brand or event. Check the event's own help center or contact the organizer for their specific policy.
