Managing Your Order
I Entered the Wrong Email Address at Checkout
If you entered the wrong email at checkout, your order still exists — go to zentix.com/manage and enter the phone number you used at checkout to retrieve your tickets.
Your order is saved to the contact information you provided at checkout. A typo in your email means your confirmation went to the wrong address, but the order itself is intact.
To retrieve your order:
- Go to zentix.com/manage.
- Enter the phone number you provided at checkout and follow the prompts to verify your identity.
- Your order and QR code tickets will appear — you can view and download them directly from this page.
If you don't remember which phone number you used, try any number you may have entered. If you're unable to locate your order through the manage portal, email info@zentix.com with the following:
- Your name
- The approximate purchase date and time
- The charge amount
- The last four digits of the card used
- The correct email address where you'd like your confirmation resent
Note: Zentix is not responsible for confirmations delivered to an incorrect email address entered at checkout. Always double-check your contact information before completing your purchase.
