I Didn't Receive My Confirmation Email

Confirmation emails are sent within a few minutes of purchase — if yours hasn't arrived, check your spam folder and look up your order at zentix.com/manage.

Your confirmation email should arrive within a few minutes of completing your purchase. If you haven't received it, work through these steps:

  1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders — confirmation emails are sometimes filtered automatically. Search for "Zentix" across all folders.
  2. Verify the email address you used — make sure you're checking the inbox for the exact email entered at checkout. A typo at checkout means the email went to a different address.
  3. Look up your order at zentix.com/manage — enter the email address or phone number you used at checkout to retrieve your order and QR code directly.
  4. Check whether your payment went through — if your card was declined, no order was placed and no confirmation is sent. See Why Was My Payment Declined? and check your bank statement for a charge.
  5. Wait a few minutes and check again — during high-demand on-sales, email delivery can be slightly delayed.
  6. Still nothing? Contact the event organizer with your name, the email address used at checkout, and the approximate time of your purchase. They can look up your order and resend your confirmation.
