How to View Your Order and Download Your Ticket
How to access your order confirmation and retrieve your QR code ticket before the event.
After purchase, your ticket is sent as a QR code in your confirmation email. You can also access it anytime at zentix.com/manage. Each ticket has its own unique QR code. If you can't find your confirmation email, check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at checkout. You can also visit zentix.com/manage and enter your phone number to look up your orders by text message.
From your confirmation email:
- Open the confirmation email from Zentix (usually sent within a few minutes of purchase).
- Click View Order to open your order details.
- Your QR code will appear on screen — show this at the gate.
- For easier entry, screenshot or download the QR code before arriving.
From the Zentix manage page:
- Go to zentix.com/manage and enter the email or phone number used at checkout to view all past and upcoming orders.
- Select your order to see the QR code, ticket type, event date, and venue details.
