Find My Order / I Can't Find My Tickets

Look up and view your tickets anytime at zentix.com/manage using the email or phone number from checkout — no account needed.

Your tickets are delivered as QR codes in your confirmation email, and you can always look them up yourself — no account or password required.

Look up your order in 30 seconds:

  1. Go to zentix.com/manage.
  2. Enter the email address or phone number you used at checkout.
  3. Follow the prompt to verify, then open your order to view and download your QR code tickets.

If your tickets still aren't showing:

Still stuck? Contact the event organizer with your name, the email or phone used at checkout, the approximate purchase date, and the charge amount — they can locate your order and resend your confirmation. For security, Zentix support cannot resolve ticketing issues through social media messages.

Note: Zentix cannot send or "push" tickets to you directly — but everything you purchased is always available to you at zentix.com/manage.
