How to Transfer or Upgrade Your Ticket
How to send your ticket to someone else or upgrade to a higher tier using Zentix self-service.
Transfers and upgrades are handled from the order detail page in your Zentix account. Availability depends on the event— not all events support transfers or upgrades.
Transferring a ticket:
- Go to My Orders — select the order containing the ticket you want to transfer.
- Click Transfer Ticket — enter the recipient's email address. They'll receive a new confirmation with the ticket assigned to them.
- The original ticket is voided immediately — once transferred, your copy is no longer valid. Only the recipient's ticket will scan successfully at the gate.
Upgrading a ticket:
- Go to My Orders — select the order you want to modify.
- Click Upgrade (if available) — available upgrade tiers are shown. Select the one you want.
- Pay any price difference — if the new tier costs more, you'll be charged the difference to your original payment method.
Notes:
- Transfer and upgrade availability varies by event — if these options don't appear in your order, the organizer has not enabled them for that event.
