How to Reschedule Your Tickets
Tickets can be rescheduled to a different date or time using the Reschedule Your Visit button in your confirmation email.
Most events on Zentix allow you to reschedule your tickets to a different date or time during the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and there may be a price difference if you select a higher-priced time slot. You cannot reschedule to future events.
To reschedule your tickets, follow these steps:
- Open your confirmation email and click Manage Your Order.
- Choose the tickets you would like to reschedule and click Reschedule.
- Choose a new date.
- Choose a new time and click Confirm Reschedule. If the new time slot costs more than your original ticket, this will be indicated by a "$" next to the time slot — you will be charged the difference.
- If you selected a more expensive time slot or date, enter your payment details and click Confirm to finish.
- You are unable to reschedule to a future event.
After completing the process, check your email for a new confirmation. Bring the new confirmation to the event — your original confirmation will no longer be valid for entry.
If the Reschedule Your Visit button does not appear in your confirmation email, the event organizer has not enabled rescheduling for that event. Contact the organizer directly for assistance.
