Completing Your Digital Waiver
How to sign a digital liability waiver.
The waiver will be sent before the event and present on your ticket confirmation page. Signing automatically links the waiver to your order — you don't need to carry a printed copy.
Signing before the event:
- Check your ticket email for a waiver link
- Open the link on your phone or computer — the form opens in your browser. No app is required.
- Read the waiver carefully, then sign — type your name or use the on-screen field to draw your signature.
- Click Submit — your signature is recorded and linked to your order automatically.
Can't find your waiver link or didn't finish it?
- Re-open your confirmation email — the waiver link is included there, and it stays active until signed. Search your inbox (and spam) for "Zentix."
- Look up your order at zentix.com/manage — enter the email or phone number used at checkout. Your order page links to any outstanding waivers so you can complete them.
- A waiver is separate from purchase. Not finishing the waiver does not cancel your order — your tickets still exist; you just need to complete the waiver before entry.
- Still can't access it? Contact the event organizer with your name and checkout email/phone and they can resend the waiver link.
